In-Stock : The delivery time for goods in "In Stock" status is usually 3 to 8 business days.

Backorder : We also accept backorder for unconventional parts, one quotation will be necessary to lead time and price.

Order Processing:

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on a business day will be processed on the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Date : Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after payment.

We will get in touch to give you the choice of having one delivery when your order is complete or we can send the items that we have first whilst we wait for the back ordered to arrive ( no additional delivery charge for this ).

Any product purchased from RA-PLC Automation is covered by our 30 days worry-free return of the delivery date. Please contact us at sales@ra-plc.com if you need one return claim.

All products must be returned in purchased condition -unused and unpened. Shipping charges are final and non refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product back to RA-PLC Automation. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
