All products purchased from RA-PLC Automation qualify for our 30 days worry-free return policy, calculated from the delivery date. Should you wish to submit a return request, please email us at  sales@ra-plc.com.

All returned items must be received in original condition: unused and unopened. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers shall bear all freight costs for returning goods to RA-PLC Automation. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be processed. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns caused by customer errors, including ordering an incorrect model.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Consumers located within the European Union have the statutory right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days upon receipt of goods, without stating any reason.

Your payment will be gave back within 1-2 weeks after we get your return.
